APPEAL FOLLOWING ROBBERY |

We’re appealing for information as part of an ongoing investigation into a robbery at a petrol station in Tamworth. It happened at about 9pm on Monday 14 April. A man with a knife went into Jet on Lichfield Street, Fazeley, and demanded cash before leaving. No one was injured in the incident. A quantity of cash was taken. Officers attended the scene and are continuing to patrol the area. The suspect was described as a white man, roughly 5ft 8ins or 5ft 9ins, of a slim build wearing a black mask, black gloves and all black clothing. He also had his hood over his head.
